Zoey and Stewie are a sweet pair of 10 year old senior companions looking for their forever home together. Zoey is a Corgi mix who weighs 34 pounds full grown. Stewie is much smaller, he is a Chihuahua mix weighing 12.6 pounds full grown. They are a friendly pair that like to take their time warming up to new people. Stewie would love to become your shadow and will always be willing to give you kisses! Zoey is a bit more independent who you will typically find sprawled on her back on cold tile or wood where it's cooler and has the right breeze from the air conditioner. Zoey is a chunky girl who has been on a diet and has been getting out to exercise. She has started trotting to keep up and is walking about 4/10 of a mile four times a day! They are both great on leashes and will make great walking companions during the cooler weather. They are both house broken and would love a securely fenced backyard with a bit of grass to hangout in. Stewie is the talker of the pair and will try to talk to you and let you know what he needs, sometimes it's just a cuddle. He would typically be found behind you or snuggled up in his favorite bed! While here with AZSDR, both Zoey and Stewie received dental cleanings, both kids were already missing 10 teeth. Zoey had to have a total of 24 extractions, while Stewie had 9 extractions. They are altered, up to date on vaccines, vet checked and microchipped. Their adoption fee is $300 for the pair which includes a free vet visit.
