Meet Habanero! This boy is... well just that! :P Habanero came to us after being found as a stray and when we first met him he was pretty spicy!! We gave him time to decompress, and he showed us his sweet, affectionate, loving, and loyal side. He is kind of like when you eat a hot pepper... you wash it down with something else to take away the heat. He ended up being microchipped, and was originally adopted from the County shelter, but unfortunately we weren't able to get in touch with his owners. He's a sweet boy who loves belly rubs, being held and cuddled, and giving kisses! He's very loyal and will follow his person wherever they go. He is good with other small dogs, and does pretty good on a leash. If he is housebroken is unknown, but he's done well with holding it here at AZSDR. He's very affectionate, and would probably love for his person/people to be home more often then not. He'd probably do best in a home with a yard of his own, condo ok too. We do not recommend he live with young children. He will need to meet everyone living in the home (dogs and humans), to ensure it is a good fit. To meet him, come to our location.
