Thanks to Lorenzo's Dog Training Team / Anton Yablonsky and our lovely donors! Ruger completed his Lorenzo Boarding/Training behavior modification program which taught him everything from basic manners to learning to accept dogs from all sizes more openly. We are hoping that he can find a foster home or even a forever home soon. With Rugers adoption, Lorenzo's Dog Training Team has offered some free handling sessions.

Ruger is a 1.5yr old Mastiff/Pitbull mix looking for his forever home. He is silly, active, and very playful boy. He is good with other dogs his size with proper intro, but was not good with small dogs which is why we put him into a training program. We do not suggest a home with cats, and older mature children would be best (over 12yrs). He would do best as the only dog, or with another dog his size that is not dominant. He is house broken and knows how to use a dog door. He is kennel trained. He likes to play with squeaky toys and rope toys, run around in the yard, and be with his humans. He would love to go hiking, or a for a ride in the car. A home with a yard is ideal. No rentals with weight or breed restrictions, and he must be an indoor/outdoor dog and not be left outside. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, chipped, vet checked, licensed, comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit. His adoption also comes with 3 free sessions of training to help him ease into his new home and help his new owners learn what awesome listening and behavioral skills Ruger has learned!
