Jack is a 3 year old Terrier mix. He was brought to us when his owners couldn't care for him anymore. Luckily we can tell you a lot about Jack since his previous family loved him very much. He is now looking for a home to better fit his needs. He is 26lbs full grown. He loves to be touched and loved but don't get too close because he often gets nervous of unfamiliar people being too smothering. He loves to be next to someone no matter what you are doing. He loves to give kisses once he is comfortable. He is a wonderful dog who seems to have an aversion to children. Jack has never really liked to play with toys or balls; he is more of a snuggler then a player. He loves kongs filled with peanut butter. He definately wants to sleep in bed with you. Jack loves cats! He loves to play with them. He seems to prefer playtime with cats over other dogs.  An intro is needed before Jack can go home with another dog. He would do best in a home with only adults and being the only dog. He is a great companion and loves riding in a car. He is potty trained and knows how to use the doggy door. He knows basic commands like 'sit' 'off' 'come.' Jack is used to being groomed. Jack loves pillows.  He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, chipped, vet checked, licensed, comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit. His adoption fee is $280.
