Iago is a 3 ½ month old Chihuahua mix. This little cutie came to us after his owner could no longer care for him and his siblings. Luckily for Iago, he has been healthy and very happy in a loving foster home and is now looking for his forever home. He weighs approx. 7 lbs. but is not fully grown. He can be very shy when you first meet him, but it doesn't take long for him to be affectionate, loving, and playful. He loves to snuggle in your lap to take a nap. He gets along well with other dogs, large or small and also cats. He likes men, women and children. He rarely barks so is not yappy. He doesn’t appear to be dominant so have seen no signs of him “marking his territory”. He uses a puppy pad and still is in training to be fully housebroken. Unknown if he can use a doggy door. He is a puppy, so the normal puppy training is needed to help him grow up to be gentleman. He needs an active home with a family that has the time and attention a puppy needs. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, chipped, vet checked, dewormed, licensed, comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit. His adoption fee is $300.
