Meet Andy! He is an adorable 6 month old male terrier mix. He currently weighs almost 8lbs and will still have some more growing to do. Andy was surrendered due to his previous owners having poor health and could no longer care for him. Andy is now looking for his forever home where he can grow up and live a long, happy, and healthy life! This poor baby was left outside his whole life and hardly had any human contact. Andy was put into foster care where his foster mom and dad have worked really hard to socialize him. He is a still a bit shy; however he is learning to trust people more and more every day. He is friendly, sweet, and a very playful boy who loves to play with small dogs but does get a bit nervous with bigger dogs. He does great with men and women and has not yet had experience with children. His foster mom thinks that children would be a great experience for him as long as they go slow with him. Andy knows how to use a doggy door and has only had one accident while he has been in foster care--which is incredible for his age! He is also kennel trained, rides well in the car, and is leash trained, as he loves to go for walks! Andy also LOVES water, his foster mom said he had rolled around in a puddle of water on a walk one morning, and ran through sprinklers on another occasion! This little boy is full of personality and character; which he deserves every bit of due to his first chance at life. He now has a second chance where he can live happily ever after! Andy would do great in either an active or low active home. Come meet this sweet adorable pup! His adoption fee is $350. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, licensed, and vet checked. His adoption comes with 30 days of free pet insurance and a free vet visit.
