Chevy Tahoe is a sweet 7.5 year old Chihuahua mix with a big heart. He weighs 11.5 pounds. Chevy originally came to us in August of 2017, he was living in a hoarding home along with 27 others dogs with no access to the outdoors and very little human interaction. Chevy is shy at first, but warmed up to his foster parents in a few days. He actually went right over to his foster dad the first time he met him. He's extremely loving and will demand kisses and a seat in your lap. He'll be your best couch buddy. He's a low key dude and would probably be best in an adult home, but responsible teenagers and older would be ok. Every once in a while he will play, but it is very rare and he would much rather lounge around the house. He initially needed work with house training but appears to be 100% potty trained now and never has accidents in the house. Chevy has been with AZSDR for a while and it is his turn to find his forever home! Chevy Tahoe has a 3/6 grade holosystolic heart murmur and will require an echocardiogram done every 12 months, to check in on his health! He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and vet checked. His adoption fee is $80 and includes a free vet visit as well as 30 days of free pet insurance.
