Gordo is a handsome little 1 1/2 year old chihuahua mix who is looking for a loving forever home. Gordo loves his people, but is shy at first with new strangers. Once he learns who loves him, he will get excited by the sound of your voice and coming running for attention! (and also for treats) Gordo loves the company of other dogs, but can be a bit selective in picking his friends. Any other dogs in the home need to come meet Gordo before he is adopted. Gordo doesn't have the best leash manners, but is excited to go places with his people and would learn quickly with regular walks. Gordo is still a young and active boy who will need training as well as possible house training in his forever home. Gordo is full grown and weighs in at 12 pounds. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, & vet checked. His adoption fee is $220. His adoption includes a free vet visit and 30 days of free pet insurance. To meet him, come to our shelter location 1102 W Hatcher Rd open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm. Please call for location on the weekends as we have off site events some dogs attend.
