Toby is a 1.5 year old Australian Cattle Dog mix who is looking for the perfect patient home. He weighs 31 pounds and is full grown. Toby is a friendly boy that loves to make new friends and hang out with his people. He loves to play with toys and will require a home with a ton of toys for him to chew on, especially tough chew toys that will keep him entertained! Toby does well with men, women, and has lived with children as young as 3 years old. He has never been around cats but he loves other dogs. Toby gets along with dogs of all sizes big or small. He will need a home where his people are home more often than not due to his separation anxiety. Toby would make a great hiking buddy, or even a brunch companion. He rides very well in the car, is house broken and also knows how to use a doggy door. Toby will definitely need a home with a yard as he loves to run and is used to being able to run. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, licensed, and vet checked. His adoption fee is $220. His adoption fee includes a free vet visit as well as 30 days of free pet insurance. To meet him come to our shelter location 1102 W Hatcher Rd open Tuesday to Sunday 11-6. Call for locations on weekend as we have off site adoption events that some dogs attend.
