Papa is a 1 year old Long Hair Chihuahua mix looking for a forever home as sweet as him. He currently weighs 8 pounds full grown. Papa is a shy pup that needs a little bit of time to warm up. He loves to follow his people around the house and cuddle on the couch. On walks he loves to explore so much that he needs a harness so he doesn't go off on his own! Papa is good with men, women, and older children (10+). He is not good with cats but likes to play with other dogs his size. Papa is house broken and kennel trained. He may be small but is mighty, he can be vocal when first meeting new people but it takes him minutes to search out for attention. Papa is good on a leash, with a harness on, and good in the car. If you are looking for a quiet loving boy with an endless want for cuddles, Papa is your boy.  He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, chipped, vet checked, comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit also. His adoption fee is $260. To meet him come to our shelter location Tues-Sun 11am to 6pm at 1102 W. Hatcher Road in Phoenix 85021. Please bring any current dogs or children in the home to make sure it is a good fit. On weekends, give us a call for location as some of our dogs attend off-site adoption events, 602-944-2440
