Paloma is a darling 8 year old poodle who is looking for her perfect forever family. Paloma came to us in desperate need of some love and medical care after she was found wandering the streets in a busy intersection. We first met her after her arrival at Humane Society and knew she needed to come with us to get the love and care she needed as well as a wonderful foster home to recover in. Paloma saw our vet and was diagnosed with salivary mucocele. It is a collection of saliva that has leaked from a damaged salivary gland or salivary duct, and has accumulated in the tissues. Her neck was very swollen and she is also missing an eye. She had surgery for her salivary mucocele and is now all healed up like it never happened! Paloma is a very sweet and snuggly girl who loves her people very much. She can be a bit owner possessive and may prefer to be the center of attention and star of the show in her new home. Paloma is great with kids as young as 2 who know how to be gentle with dogs. Paloma has been through so much but has always had a wagging tail and a loving disposition. Paloma is hypoallergenic and will need regular professional grooming in her new home. Paloma weighs about 7 pounds full grown. She is spayed, up to date on shots, microchipped and vet checked.
