Teddy Roosevelt is a fun 2 year old Chihuahua mix looking for his forever home. He weighs 10.6 pounds and is full grown. Teddy originally came in as an owner surrender in February, last month, but unfortunately last week he was taken into county as a stray. By no fault of his own Teddy was taken to County because he was left outside in a black wire kennel and left for someone else to find. We hope that his true forever home will love hi unconditionally. Teddy loves to meet new people and make new friends where ever he goes! He is great with men, women, and has lived with children as young as 5 years old. Teddy can sometimes be a bit shy at first but with some gentle pets and maybe a few treats, he can be won over almost instantly. He is great with other dogs his size and loves to play with any canine who will interact with him. Teddy is an active boy that loves to play fetch and chew on rope toys. He is very well behaved and is house broken, good on a leash and rides well in the car. Teddy like to be kept busy and would do best in a kennel when left home alone with chew toys, he is also kennel trained. He is the total package! He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, vet checked. His adoption fee is $280 and includes a free vet visit and 30 days of free pet insurance.
