Zelda is a darling 3 year old Long Haired Chihuahua mix looking for her forever home. She weighs just over 6 pounds and is full grown. Zelda is a shy girl that needs time and patience to warm up to new people. She can be fearful of some men at first and will slowly warm up over time. Zelda is good with women, and gentle children. She is good with cats and dogs of all sizes! Zelda needs a slow introduction with large dogs as they can be a bit overwhelming for her. She is kennel trained but will require some additional house training as she adjusts. Zelda walks good on a leash and rides well in the car. Once she bonds with her people she doesn't like to see them go and would prefer a home where her people are home more often than not. Zelda has a significant overbite, but has no issues eating from our observation and care. It does not seem to cause her any discomfort! She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. Her adoption comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit. Her adoption fee is $260. Come to our location at 1102 W. Hatcher Road in Phoenix 85021, open Tues-Sunday 11am to 6pm.
