Hutch is a handsome 4 year old Dachshund looking for a forever home just as special as himself. He weighs 14 pounds and is full grown. You will notice that he does have a missing right eye and is blind in his left eye. He may still have the ability to see shadows but otherwise he is completely blind. This makes him a very good listener, he loves toys that make noise, and rubbing against his favorite blankets! Hutch was surrendered to us because he was done being used as a stud and no longer had a purpose with the breeder. The Hutch we have bonded with is a special boy who has a whole purpose filled life ahead of him and a long life packed with love! He is a sweet boy that gets along with everyone no matter the species, size, or age! Hutch does well with men, women and has been around children as young as one year old. He is good with cats and has lived with other dogs his size. Hutch is very curious and loves to investigate every inch of the area he is in! He is kennel trained, partially house broken and rides well in the car. Hutch needs a home with no stairs and no pool for his safety. He is an affectionate boy who deserves to be surrounded by love and live the best life he can have! He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. His adoption comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit. His adoption fee is $380. To meet him, come to our shelter location at 1102 W. Hatcher Rd in Phoenix 85021
