Miss Hap is a precious 1 year old Chihuahua mix looking for her forever home. This sweet little 7 pound baby girl was found as a stray causing a car accident on a busy road. She had no tag, no microchip, and no luck tracking down any family members. She spent a week in a foster home with a few other dogs and several humans. She is a bit shy, but she gets along with everyone. She loves people and wants to be close to her humans, so it's best if she finds a home with a person who won't be gone for long periods of time. She bonded quickly with the 17 year old girl who saved her. She still needs a bit of work with potty training but is off to a good start. She also just started to get the hang of a doggy door. Since she's so tiny, supervision outside is very important so she's not snatched up by birds of prey or coyotes. She's quite smart and wants to please. Her foster family says she's very smart and has started to learn tricks like "sit" and "turn around" for treats.  She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, vet checked. Her adoption fee is $260 and includes a free vet visit and 30 days of free pet insurance. To meet her, come to our location at 1102 W. Hatcher Road in Phoenix 85021, open Tues-Sunday 11am to 6pm.
