Maxtemper is a handsome 8 month old Wire Haired Dachshund looking for his forever home. He weighs 11 pounds and almost seems to be done growing. Maxtemper is originally from Mexico, thanks to a generous finder he was rescued from the streets, medically cared for and came to the beautiful state of Arizona! Maxtemper is a friendly boy who would never turn down the chance at a new friend! He is great with men, women, and gentle children. He especially loves other dogs his size and may do best with a canine companion. Maxtemper is also good with cats! He is house broken, kennel trained, and rides well in the car. He is always ready to set off with his people and explore more of the world! Maxtemper is a strong willed boy and despite having minor twitching and an ataxic (lack of coordination) gait he is ready to set of on his forever adventure! He has been seen at Kierland Animal Clinic where his blood work was unremarkable, x-rays showed no injuries, and distemper test negative. Maxtemper is neutered, up to date on vaccines, vet checked and microchipped.
