Emily Dickinson was an early 1800s poet who had a way with words. Our Emily Dickinson is a 2 1/2 month old PitBull mix who has a way with winning over your heart without even having to use words. Emily is a very friendly girl who loves everyone she meets! Emily would love a family with dog friendly kids to play with. Emily also loves to play with other dogs of all sizes and has never been without a canine companion, so she is hoping for a friend in her forever home. Emily is still a young puppy who will need training, including house training, and will need patience while she learns. Emily is very active and will need a home with a yard to run in, no apartments or rentals with weight or breed restrictions. Emily would love an active family who will take her hiking. Emily currently weighs about 10 pounds and her mom was 30 pounds full grown so she will grow to be a medium sized dog. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and vet checked.
