Meet the cutest pair we have had yet! Baron and Fancy are a sweet pair of Dachshunds looking for their forever home together! Baron is a chunky boy working on his beach body for next summer! He is 3 years old and weighs 29 pounds full grown. Fancy is much smaller, she is 6 years old weighing 12.5 pounds full grown. Baron will always be the first to make friends with new people! He even has a happy dance when he sees family, friends and of course his food dish. Fancy is a bit shy but once comfortable she has her own much reserved version of a happy dance. Both love to play with toys and other dogs! They have done great with dogs of all sizes and cats too! Since Fancy can be a bit shy they would do best with gentle children that understand to go at her pace. Fancy is very supportive of her best friends goal to lose weight and stay healthy. They both enjoy going for daily walks and staying on a healthy path with their food. Though sometimes Fancy can be a bit picky with her food and attention, yet when given time she is affectionate and always by your side. Both Baron and Fancy quickly learned their fosters house rules and routine. While here with AZSDR, Fancy received a dental cleaning and Baron got an all clear on blood work! They are house broken, kennel trained, know how to use a doggy door, walk great on leashes and ride well in the car. They are altered, up to date on vaccines, vet checked and microchipped. Their adoption fee is $500 for the pair which includes a free vet visit and 30 days of complementary pet insurance. To meet them, please contact their foster Susan at sfetter99@hotmail.com.
