Buttercup is a darling 4 year old Chihuahua mix who is looking for a gentle and loving forever family. She is full grown and weighs in at 5.2lbs. Buttercup is a very sweet but shy gal who came to us with all of her littermates and her parents when their owner passed away. Buttercup is good with other dogs and may do better with a gentle but confident canine companion in the home to help show her how to trust. Buttercup is very sweet and will be a very loyal and loving best friend to the family who gives her patience and loves her while she learns to come around. Once she warms up to someone, she loves them so loyally and completely that she hates when they leave, so she would love a home where someone is usually there with her. It's unsure if Buttercup is housebroken, but she is familiar with a dog door. Buttercup may take time to come around, but will be the sweetest piece of your life once she does! Buttercup is perfectly petite at only 5.5 pounds full grown. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and vet checked. Her adoption fee is $280 and includes a complimentary vet visit. To meet her please come to our shelter location 1102 W Hatcher Rd open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm or call us at 602-944-2440.
