Lockett is a dashing 1 year old Doberman Pinscher mix looking to score a touch down in the perfect home. Since he is a Seahawk, he has not minded the birds that visit the rescue! (GO HAWKS!!) Lockett weighs 55.4 pounds but will need to eat fatty food to gain weight and fill out to his proper size. He is a very happy boy who will almost always keep you smiling! Lockett is full of goofy goober energy that almost never stops. He is very timid with new people and needs a very slow intro to any human he meets especially in the home. Lockett loves other dogs no matter the size and would love a playful canine companion. He was left abandoned in a backyard with his buddy, Marbles. Lockett may bond with another dog to help him learn manners. He may be large but he thinks he is a small dog and will gladly give hugs. Lockett needs a home that is ready to train an over grown puppy. He has little manners but has mastered how to sit. Lockett is a very active boy and would make an amazing adventure buddy once the weather cools down. He will require a home with a securely fenced backyard for him to romp around in. No apartments or rentals with breed or weight restrictions. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, vet checked and microchipped. His adoption fee is $300 which includes a free vet visit.
