Maggie is a sweet but timid 3 year old Jack Russell Terrier/Dachshund mix who is looking for a loving and patient forever person. Maggie weighs just under 12 pounds and is full grown. Maggie loves her people so much she wants them all to herself, so she is looking for a mature home of adults only with no other pets. Maggie strongly prefers women over men and would be happiest with a single female owner who is home more often than not! She loves her person so much and wants to protect them from other people and animals. Maggie is house broken, leash trained, and rides well in the car. Maggie is a smart girl who knows "sit", "stay", and "open door". She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, vet checked and microchipped. Her adoption fee of $260 includes a free vet visit. To potentially adopt her come to our shelter location at 1102 W Hatcher Road in Phoenix 85021, open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm. --Covid update: To adhere to CDC guidelines, we are open for adoptions only at a max capacity of 10 people in the building at a time.
