Edith is an adorable 6 year old Chihuahua/Dachshund mix who is looking for a loving forever home to call her own. Edith came to us from the Humane Society to work on socialization. She is a bit shy when meeting new people, but warms up quickly to those on her level and strives for attention. Edith is great with other small dogs and would love a canine companion in her forever home to keep her company and teach her trust. Edith would do best to meet mature, dog savvy children before adoption. She is likely to need training, including house training, and patience while she adjusts. Edith weighs in full grown at 7 pounds. She is spayed, up to date on vaccine, microchipped, vet checked and just had a dental cleaning. Her adoption fee of $300 includes a free vet visit. To potentially adopt her, please come to our shelter location at 1102 W Hatcher Rd in Phoenix 85021, open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm. --Covid update: To adhere to CDC guidelines, we are open for adoptions only at a max capacity of 15 people in the building at a time.
