Onida is a spunky 1 year old Jack (Parson) Russell Terrier mix looking for her forever home! She currently weighs just over 8 pounds and is full grown. Onida was originally found as a stray so we have limited information on her. She's shy at first but warms up quickly and loves attention from people. She was found with another dog and has been good with other small dogs here! Please bring along any other dogs in the home to meet with her to make sure everyone gets along. Onida would be just as happy to be the only dog and center of attention in her home as well. She has done well with adults but has never been around children that we know of. Please bring the entire family along to meet with her. Onida is very active as a typical terrier is and loves to run around and play. She will need an equally active home and a securely fenced in yard to learn in and play in. She does need to work on her housebreaking training, leash training, and basic manners. Onida is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. Her adoption fee of $300 includes a complementary vet visit. To potentially adopt her, come to our shelter location at 1102 W Hatcher Road in Phoenix 85021, open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm. --Covid update: To adhere to CDC guidelines, we are open for adoptions only at a max capacity of 10 people in the building at a time. Masks/face coverings are required. For the safety of our staff and customers, we ask that you practice social distancing, sanitization, and if exposed to Covid-19 or sick to please stay home.
