Penny is 1 of 10 dogs that AZSDR took in after one of our dear rescue friends suddenly lost her life in a tragic car accident. Penny is so loving and will soak in as much attention as you can give her. She previously lived with many other dogs but has seemed to enjoy being the center of attention with a lap to sleep by. She will need to be the only dog in her forever home. We are unsure if she has ever been around cats or children, but she has been kind to everyone she meets and may do well with proper introductions. While with us, Penny received a dental cleaning and had 24 teeth extracted and was already missing 9. She does still have some teeth but may be most comfortable with a wet food only diet. To meet Penny, please bring everyone in the home to our shelter location, 1102 W. Hatcher Rd. Pheonix, AZ. Open Tuesday-Sunday from 11am-6pm.
