Sacha is a beautiful 3 year old Dachshund mix looking for her forever home. Sacha originally came in with her son, Teddy. They were rescued after being posted as “free dogs” and thankfully brought to us. We learned that they came from a home with 10 other dogs and were the last 2 left. They were terrified at first but after a few times of sitting with them, they quickly showed how affectionate they are. Sacha is much more timid and will need another confident dog in the home that she can learn from. When she gets scared she will try and hide in the smallest place she can find but feels much more confident with another dog around. Sacha will likely need all basic training such as housebreaking and leash training. She will need a securely fenced in yard to lean in. To meet Sacha, please bring everyone in the home, including any other dogs to our shelter location, 1102 W Hatcher Rd. Phoenix, AZ Open Tuesday-Sunday from 11am-6pm.
