Radar is a sweet 7 month old Schnauzer/Terrier mix looking for his forever home! Radar was originally found as a stray so we have limited background information about him. He is very shy when first meeting new people and prefers gentle, calm movements. Radar strongly prefers women to men and will take much longer to come around to any men in the home. He is sweet and friendly once he is comfortable but needs that time to get to know new people. He has done well with other small dogs here at the shelter but will need to meet any other dogs in the home at the shelter before adoption. Radar will likely need basic training such as housebreaking, leash training, and basic manners. He is very food motivated and eager to learn for a yummy treat! He will need a home with a securely fenced in yard to learn in until he is comfortable enough on a leash to go explore the world. To meet Radar, please bring everyone in the home including any other dogs to our shelter location, 1102 W Hatcher Rd. Phoenix, AZ Open Tuesday-Sunday from 11am-6pm
