Al Poochino is a bashful 2 year old chihuahua mix looking for his forever home! Al Poochino
was originally found running around as a stray with his partner in crime,
Pablo Escobark
. Thankfully HARTT was able to humanely trap both of them and brought them to us.
Al Poochino is very timid at first and will need some time and space to get comfortable with new people. Once he knows and trusts you, he is so sweet and seeks attention. He will break out into full wiggles for some of his favorite staff members! He would do well in a mature, dog savvy home that knows he needs to go at his own pace. He will need all basic training including house training, leash training, and basic manners. He will need a home with a securely fenced in yard to learn in. Al Poochino learns a lot from other dogs and will need a home with a confident canine companion to show him the ropes. He will need vigilant owners that will watch him around door ways and take extra precautions when he’s ready for walks (double leash or martingale collar) as he is an escape risk.
