Octavia has had a rough start in life but she is now a happy, healthy pup ready to begin her next chapter. Octavia and her 4 siblings landed in our Rescue at the young age of 5 weeks.  A good Samaritan found them and brought them to us but sadly, the mom was nowhere in sight. All puppies arrived with a non-contagious skin condition but are now on the mend thanks to a loving foster family and once-a-month temporary medication. Octavia is a very playful and loving girl.  She loves affection from other pups and also from humans.  Octavia is also a chow hound!  She gets extremely excited over food and may need to be fed separate from other dogs in the home because she wants to eat all of it and is not shy about expressing it! Octavia is a small puppy and still has some more growing to do. She still likes to chew on things so her new family will need to puppy proof the home and provide her with lots of safe chew-toys. Octavia is use to having lots and lots of playtime with her sibling, Norah, so she will need another active and playful puppy in her forever family. Octavia is not yet housebroken but is good with using a pad. She is not yet leash trained, but she is very small and easy to carry or being chauffeured in a stroller!
