Bertha is a 4yr old American Bully mix looking for her forever home. Though she is a bully breed, this girl doesn't have an ounce of "bully" in her. Bertha is a sweet, very loving, playful, and happy girl! She loves everyone she meets... men, women, and children. Bertha doesn't realize she's a dog and not a football player sometimes and can accidently knock over small children. A home with older children or dog savvy children would be best. She LOVES toys - but sometimes thinks anything on the floor is her toy. Shoes are safe, but she sometimes thinks barbies or kid's toys are hers. She loves going for walks, loves snuggling, and enjoys playing with other dogs. She has done well with the smaller playful dogs in her foster home, but a dog intro is required to ensure it is a good fit. She does not do well with dominate dogs. She does okay with the cats in her foster home but does need a reminder not to chase them. She is kennel trained, leash trained (pulls a little) and is housebroken with patience and routine in a new home. Bertha has the cutest snorts, snores, and sighs - which will be sure to melt your heart! She'd do best in a semi active to active home.
