Haven is an extra special young gal who is going to need an extra special forever family to love and be patient with her. Haven came to us after being saved from the streets with 3 nursing puppies. Haven spent time parenting her pups in a foster home and they have all since found their forever families. Haven has become an office dog and a staff favorite as we learn what she loves while helping her learn to trust. Haven has made huge strides but will take time to show her true colors in her home. Haven is looking for a home with a gentle but confident canine companion to show her what life can be life. She is not good with cats and looking for a feline free home. Haven will need to meet the whole family before adoption, but we recommend only older children as fast movements and loud noises are too intimidating to her. Haven will need a securely fenced yard with no possible escape routes to keep her safe. With patience, she is mostly housebroken, and she is good in her kennel. Haven has a silly side once she warms up and enjoys playtime with toys and walking her puppy playmates in the yard. To meet her, come to our location with any children or dogs that live in the home, to ensure it is a good fit.
