Nova is a wiggly and wild child looking for an active forever family. Nova is a fun and loving girl who knows how to sit but also has a hard time controlling her energy and is known to jump. She will need training in her home to ensure he grows up to be a perfectly well-mannered lady. Nova is food motivated and listens for treats which will be helpful in training. Nova is excited and strong but willing to walk on leash, so she is ready for direction in leash manners. Nova needs an active and dog savvy home where she gets plenty of enrichment, exercise and playtime. Nova is housebroken, kennel trained, and dog door trained so she has nailed the basics. Nova needs older, dog savvy family members who can handle her size and energy. She will need a home with a securely fenced yard, no apartments or rentals with weight and/or breed restrictions. Nova is very excited to meet other dogs but may do best as the only dog in the home or will need to meet the other playful dogs in the home. To meet her come to our shelter location with all family members and current dogs.
