Rascal is one of 27 dogs who recently came to us for a fresh start after speeding their early days living in pretty sad conditions. Rascal is sweet and happy, learning to love, but still shy with new people. Rascal will need a patient family to love him and help bring out his fun and loving personality. Rascal is very playful with his pals and those he trusts. Rascal will need patience with training and adjusting to life as an indoor dog. Rascal is looking for a home where he has furry friends around often or all the time as he is not used to having to be alone. Rascal has not lived with children so he will need dog savvy children. To meet Rascal, bring the whole family and any dogs to the shelter location.
