Mountaineer is one active, happy and loving boy.  He came to us after being rescued off a mountain (hence the name) so we are still learning about him ourselves.  He does great with other dogs and is kennel trained.  He has been good about learning how to walk on a leash and also almost housebroken, but he will need to learn a routine at his new home.  Mountaineer loves do zoomies around the yard, and would love to have a home with yard so he can burn off his energy.  He would also make a good hiking buddy when it is cooler out. He is very affectionate, gives the best hugs, and lots of kisses.  If you are interested in meeting Mountaineer, bring the whole family and any dogs to the shelter.
