Lola has been such a good momma to her 6 puppies who are now 9 weeks old.  Now it is time for Lola to get her chance at a loving and supportive family.  She can be timid and scared at first meeting but she does warm up and loves attention from her people.  She spent all of her time in foster with 6 other small dogs and enjoyed playing with them.  Probably would be nice for her to have a canine companion as she would be happy with a playmate.

In her previous home, she wasn't well looked after so when the rescue had her groomed, all of her curls had to be shaved down but they will grow back.

She is potty trained and is pretty good on a leash.  She is not kennel trained.  Would be nice for her new family to help her learn some basic commands.

Lola is a typical "protective" dog when it comes to sounds and will bark if she thinks there is anything wrong but is not a dog that barks just to bark. If you are interested in meeting Lola, please fill out an application.
