Chandra is an adorable little guy whose mama came to us from a hoarding situation. She had her babies safely in a foster home where Chandra has grown mostly into his rambunctious personality but a little less into his gangly limbs. He is an energetic little boy who would love a friend to play with and lots of walks. He needs a patient family willing to teach while he learns.
