Mr. Max is a 9-week-old, 8-pound, ball of handsomeness!! Max was born at an AZSDR foster home with his three siblings, and has stolen the hearts of everyone he meets with his sweet soulful stare. Max is suspected to be a Terrier / Maltese / Dachshund mix like his mama, she was found by some wonderful citizens and brought to the rescue just days before giving birth, daddy is an unknown.

Max is pretty calm though he is puppy, but loves to wrestle with his siblings and playing with toys until passing out for a puppy nap. He will need continued house training along with manners since he is still very young, so training is a must to help him be a great dog as he grows up. Max currently sleeps in a kennel with his siblings at night and anytime his foster mom needs to leave the house, he is comfortable being in there and will go in on his own just to take a nap. Max can be pretty vocal and loud when left alone, so he would do best in a home with no shared walls like an apartment. He also would love to have a playful canine companion in his new home.
