Hey everyone, my name is Betty and I am a sweet but shy gal looking to find the perfect family for me. I am hoping to find a family that will have patience and understanding as I am still trying to find my confidence and figure out that the world is not so scary. With that, I take a while to warm up to new people so I hope my new family will allow me the time I need and to go at my pace. Once I feel comfortable with you, I am a super funny and loving girl! I just need the chance to warm up first. I can be a picky eater but will never say no to a nice stinky treat or two. I probably would not mind having a doggy friend around either to help show me that the world is not as scary as it seems. They may even help me build my confidence a little too. I have learned a lot in my foster home such as how to use the doggy door, I am house trained, and crate trained! I actually love my crate as it is my safe place and sometimes I like to spend time in there alone to relax a little bit. I probably wouldn't mind having children around as long as they are a little older and can understand that I will need my time and space to open up. In the perfect world, I think I would prefer a family with older children or even no children. I am just so shy and I might not be the cuddly friend that they may be looking for right off the bat.
