To help him feel comfortable, kneel down to his level with some tasty high-value treats and give him the time he needs to approach you on his own terms. Hopper was also poty trained in his previous home but still may need time to adjust to a new routine.
Hopper would do well in a home with a confident canine companion to help him gain confidence. A home without young children or cats would likely be best. He was groomed under sedation during his neuter, but he'll need regular grooming in the future to keep him looking sharp.
