Frosty is a handsome young puppy who was born in an AZSDR foster home with his three siblings on Christmas Eve and has stolen the hearts of everyone he meets with his sweet soulful stare.  Frosty is suspected to be a Chihuahua mix like his mom, who strangely enough is pure black. We do not know the breed of the father, so he is a lovable mix breed.  Frosty is a cuddly puppy who will cover you with kisses, loves to wrestle with his siblings, and playing with toys until passing out for a puppy nap.  He will need continued house training along with manners since he is still young, so training is a must to help him be a great dog as he grows up.  To meet him please fill out an adoption application to be sent to his foster family.
