Chuy Tee came to us as an owner surrender. He and his sister both were escaping their yard and barking at dogs and people they came across. Some people weren't kind to them when they were loose, so he can be fearful at first. But once he warms up he is the sweetest most lovable boy ever. He will take time and patience, but it will be worth the wait!!!
