Tara is a 7 week old baby yellow lab. She has one blue eye it’s so cute! She was sadly dipped into HOT tar and the vet had to scrub her and shave the tar off. You can see in the picture where the wounds are from the tar being so hot and scolding the skin. She is sweet and loving and needs a furever home. Adoption fee is $200.
