Octavia is a 4month old Tibetan Terrier mix puppy that came to the AZSDR parvo ward when she was diagnosed with parvo at county. She is alive today thanks to the parvo ward! This girl is recovered, happy, healthy, and ready for her new forever home. She is good with other dogs, good with kids, and doesn't mind cats. She is playful, outgoing, friendly. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, and vet checked. Her adoption fee is $500. Come to our shelter location at 1102 W. Hatcher Road in Phoenix 85021 open daily 11am to 6pm
