Efren is a 1yr old Papillon mix who came to us as a stray. Unfortunately his owners didn't come forward so we are helping this little guy find a new forever family. Efren is such a gentleman! He is not only handsome, but very gentle and loving too! He is great with other dogs and kids. Efren would love a home where his people will love him forever and maybe spoil him too :P He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, chipped, vet checked, and comes with a free vet check. His adoption fee is $220. To meet him, come to our location at 1102 W. Hatcher Road in PHoenix 85021 open daily 11am to 6pm
