Geranimo Hello Jackie and Elizabeth....Geranimo is doing well, I figured his diet, very active, lovable, and loves his backyard and new home. I give him a lot of attention and make his care a priority. Have him scheduled for 'teeth cleaning' with local dentist. His best friend, other then me, is an outside lizard....:) :) A great find at your shelter, I value your care for all the dogs. Vick Koll P.S. I do NOT have a "Google or Yelp" account so I used "E-Mail"
Gizmo Good day, It’s been close to three weeks that we adopted Gizmo, and he has adjusted to his new environment quite well. In fact, he has taught us quite a few things about himself just by his behavior. For one, yes he is VERY VERY picky with his food but we FINALLY found one that he likes or I should say two. He eats the cat food and Blue Buffalo, and he loves carrot cookie treats. We also found that he Prays every day before each meal (pictures to follow). I try a get a photo every day and post on Facebook all my friends can’t believe it. He Loves walks and understands the word walk, and dances at the door when he knows we are taking him for a walk. He also dances with my granddaughters if they twirl he twirls, it’s so cute. When we talk to him he looks at us as if he understands us and gives us his undivided attention as he leans his head a little to the left and right. Anyhow, we love him so much and enjoy him. We are having a problem potty training him though, and want to know what his previous parents did for him so that we my try it as well. If I may suggest, when people surrender a pet have them fill out a pet profile so that who ever adopts them will know their previous life so their transition can be easier. Is it possible for you to get this information from me his potty information? Two photos of his noodle face. Others are him praying at his bowl and cats bowl. Thank you Vicki DeFranco
Georgia Hi there, Georgia is doing great! She is very attached to mom and loves to snuggle. She is sleeping through the night with us and we couldn’t be happier. She likes to go places with us and ride in the car. We took her to a kindergarten graduation where she was the talk of the town. She slept through the whole thing on moms lap. Her favorite time is the mornings, where she has high energy and loves to run around and give kisses. She is eating like a champ and is very acclimated to her new home already! She loves her new brother, Ollie, even though she tries to steal all his toys. She has already been spoiled by her grandma too! We will be taking her to the vet soon. We think she might have some skin allergies and she has a small unusual mark on her tummy, not from being spayed. We are going to a few training classes as well, where hopefully we can help her become potty & mostly leash trained. Her brother Ollie will be joining her so they can learn to share too lol
Gizmo Hi,
Would like to give you an update on Gizmo. He’s actually adjusting better than expected. We still haven’t found the food that makes him lick the bowl. However, he’s enjoying his cookies and treats he gets for going potty outside.
We’ve been concerned about him having these constant hacking and gagging episodes. On occasion he coughs up clear mucus with white in the center. It’s not foam but thick mucus. And he’s also been having frequent episodes of backwards sneezing. In fact he has this quite a bit, and we were wondering if this is normal for him?
I hope he isn’t getting sick. Please call us and let us know what you think we should do.

Grizzy He is a happy boy! We are so blessed by him! We are calling him Tizzy. ð He threw up a few times Sunday morning (assuming new food ‘blue buffalo puppy’ and new home just kind of upset his system). So we just gave him little bits throughout the day yesterday and made sure he had enough water. No more vomiting as of about 10am yesterday! He is sleeping in his crate all night and only had a couple accidents since he’s been here. Surprisingly, he is not nipping much at all! Thanks for everything!
