Hello, I adopted Iridessa now named Dani on Saturday, May 18. We are working through new home adjustments as well as diet but she is sweet and trying very hard. We have a vet visit tomorrow, Thurs, to make sure all is well. I worked with Leslie during the adoption process and she was very helpful and professional. I have also contacted her since with questions and she has been very responsive and caring. Her support has meant a lot during these first days. I will keep in touch with our progress. Ivanna

Tilly (formerly Ivanna) is doing fantastic! She is the most loving dog we've ever met. She is doing very well with potty training, sits and waits politely for her dinner and does well on walks. She warms up quickly to everyone she meets. Friends have commented that she is the nicest dog they've ever met. 

 

The first weekend home she had issues with diarrhea, so we took her to our vet on Tuesday and got some medication, probiotics and some digestive health food. She's now eating normally and not having any of those issues. She's feeling a lot better! We have a feeding plan to get weight on her. 

 

She loves her pink monkey toy :) 

 

Thank you so much for checking in and helping us adopt this sweet girl. If it's easy to locate, we'd love to see the family picture we took at your shelter last weekend. It has our two blonde young daughters in the photo if that helps you identify us. I am attaching a photo of her in her donut pajamas.
