Oscar Wilde Hello! Things are going so well! We adore Oscar and he seriously is the best! He is already comfortable in the house and has found his spots: in the center of the condo (where he can see into the bedrooms and all of the common areas) and he loves his new kennel pad.... we don’t love the kennel yet but we are warming up!
We already see some things that need working on like riding in the car (he gets so scared! We have a mini crate and that for sure has helped him feel more secure. He gets very afraid while we are walking when big trucks pass by too.) as well as walking on a leash... Both very fixable things! He is slowly but surely eating more which is great as well. We realize he has a soft bite and may need to look into softer food options :). For now a tiny bit of water on the dry food is helping!
He has already made fast friends with my parent’s Portuguese Water Dog. He has begun to wag his tail more and more and is starting to get very comfortable. We love him and are so happy to have found him!
Oliver Everything is going well! Our little Oliver is finding his way into the pack with Lulu(Golden retriever) and Griffey (another chihuahua we adopted from az small dog rescue two years ago!). Here are some photos!
Odie I adopted Odey that I renamed Shiloh bc he’s so peaceful. I’m a bit confused about him going outside or pee pad. He had used pee pad a few times. He doesn’t like the grass and won’t walk too far from the apartment. Was he trained on the pad or outside? Sent from my iPhone
Orie Orie, now known as Bandit, is doing great and we love him to pieces. He never makes a peep all night and mastered the doggy door in the first 24 hours he was home. He and his “sister” Gigi are famous friends already!! Thank you for all you do to help these babies prosper and find their new forever homes. He’s all licensed and officially part of our family.
Thanks, Shari Ulwelling
Oliver
Hi there!
Ollie (Oliver) is the best little guy we could ask for! He loves behind-the-ear scratches and belly rubs, and carries around his stuffed giraffe everywhere. He wants to snuggle constantly and has already learned how to tell us he needs to go potty outside! He loves blankets, burrowing under pillows, and giving kisses. We love our new fur baby!
We would actually love our adoption photo emailed if you can send it over. We’d been looking for a dog for a while, and we’re so happy we finally found him. :) Here are some photos!!
