Hello,
We are the family who adopted Sani, now Sammie Jo. We wanted to drop you a line and let you know how well she is doing.
She has really adjusted well here. Of course, she “runs the roost” here with all the other little ones, and the kitties. We love her so much, we can’t begin to tell you. She is eating like a pig, and seems to be doing really well. We can’t begin to tell you how happy we are with her. We want to thank AZSDR, and Jan in particular, she’s the best. She did such a wonderful job caring for Sammie (Sani) and making sure she was ready to go to a forever home. We have registered her microchip, and bought her a pet insurance policy. We promise to love , and care for her, with all of our hearts. She has become the focal point in our home, and we proudly have showed her to all of our friends who come over. I will send pictures separately.

 Hello! Sunshine (Callie-New name) is doing great. She’s a great addition to our family! Thank you!!  Thank you for the follow up! Samuel has been renamed Scruffy and we could not be happier to have him join our family. It’s like he’s always been here...and we’re thrilled we decided to adopt an adult dog that is exceptionally well behaved and incredibly sweet. He keeps me company while I work from home during the day and gets his fill of cuddles and belly strokes from my kids and husband at night. We feel like we hit the dog jackpot! We got him a haircut to get rid of some matted spots he had, but he’s adjusting to his new ‘do. He doesn’t seem very interested in drinking water much, so any tips you have on that would be great.
