Queenie is a two-year-old Dachshund mix who has spent the past couple months in a loving foster home raising her three beautiful little girls. She came to us originally from the County shelter, after being found as a stray and very pregnant. She has been a wonderful, attentive mom, and now she’s in search of an exceptional, forever home for herself. She weighs in at 14.5lbs and is full grown. She is incredibly sweet and LOVES people! Spending just a few minutes cuddling on the couch with Queenie will make you feel like you are the most important person in the world. She is so trusting and sweet. She also gets along great with the other dogs in the foster home. She gets so excited when she thinks there’s a chance for a walk, but she could stand to learn some leash etiquette. She’s not horrible on a leash, but she is a bit afraid of passing cars and sometimes pulls because she’s excited. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, licensed, and vet checked. She goes home with 30 days of free pet insurance with option to extend, and a free vet visit. Her adoption fee is $260.
