Chunk is a 3.5 year old Dachshund/ Terrier mix who is looking for a loving forever family to call his own. Chunk is a sweet boy, but a bit shy with new people. Once he gets to know people, he is a very affectionate love bug. He will become so attached to his people that he will have some separation anxiety when home alone. Chunk has done well with men, women, and especially loves children of all ages! He would do best in a home where he is rarely left home alone. Chunk does best with another dog in his home so he has someone to play with and keep him company. Please bring any potential canine companions with to meet Chunk prior to adoption. Chunk loves dogs of all other sizes. He is house broken, knows how to use a doggy door, walks good on a leash, and rides well in the car. He knows how to sit, shake and lay down. Chunk may need some patience, time to adjust, and training in his new home. Chunk weighs 30 pounds full grown. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. His adoption is $240 which includes 30 days of complementary pet insurance and a free vet visit. To meet him, please come to our location at 1102 W.
