Hi! My name was Bon Bon, but my foster family calls me Sam (Sammy). I am a 1.5 year old Chihuahua/ Corgi mix looking for my forever home. I weigh 18.4 pounds and seem to be about done growing. Previously I lived in a backyard with my canine family totaling 9 including me! I did not have a lot of socialization my first year of life, but I am cuddly and get attached quickly. I still get a little nervous meeting new people, but if you tell me it’s ok - then I feel more comfortable, we can work on this together. I love to go on hikes, walks, play fetch, cuddle up on couch watching Animal Planet and basically doing whatever my family is doing! When I hike - I love it when my foster squirts water in my mouth from her backpack! I don’t even need a bowl! I get along well with other dogs in my home and after we become friends, chase is my favorite game. I know to go to the bathroom outside and when you say the word “cookie” I know I am going to get a treat for being a good boy! I am looking for my forever home where I know I will be loved and who I can love forever. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, vet checked and microchipped.
